Chapter 91 Over the years, Stephanie never really stopped thinking about the Giovannis.

She'd watch from a distance, keeping quiet tabs on their lives.

Ella leaned back in her seat. “Honestly? Seems like you had it pretty good with them." ☐ 89%- +23 Compared to the circus at the Hart house, Stephanie's life with the Giovannis looked downright dreamy. Ever since the Harts dragged her back, Olivia had been coming for her throat non-stop.

And yet, with the Giovannis? Technically, Stephanie was 'adopted' too-but they never treated her like an outsider.

Stephanie shrugged. "Guess it helps when they get you as a baby." Ella nodded. "Yeah, babies are cute. Hard to hate a baby." But then Ella added, "Still, I bet you were good to them too. Love's a two-way street, right?" Whatever went down between her and Olivia wasn't srandom catfight. Olivia wanted her gone from day one.

The whole mess with the Harts wasn't exactly a surprise, they cat her swinging before they even knew the facts.

After enough fights, it was obvious they'd already decided she was the problem.

Truth is, from the second they brought her back, they never treated her like real family.

And Stephanie? She grew up with the Giovannis, loved, spoiled, and never had to beg for scraps of affection. So why the hell would she start now? "Con," Stephanie stood up, grabbing her bag. "Let's eat." Ella followed, but she couldn't help herself. "Oh, by the way, Chris is still tearing up half the city trying to figure out who owns Whispering Bay. I swear, I need to see his face when he finds out it's you." People who didn't know the truth were still totally clueless.

But the ones who did? Watching Chris and the Harts trip over themselves like this-it was comedy gold.

Stephanie smirked. “Don't ruin the fun yet. Let him sweat." Ella cracked up. "He looks extra stupid when he's frustrated." They stepped out, heading to lunch-totally unaware that right after they left, Catlin showed up..

Jennifer tried calling Stephanie to warn her, but her phone was sitting on silent.

**** At the restaurant- Ella sliced into her steak, all casual, like she wasn't about to drop another bomb. "Oh, and guess what? Lilian's on house arrest." Stephanie raised a brow. "Seriously? Thought Jackson was just talking big." She remembered Jackson mentioning it, but locking his own sister down? That felt extreme..

1/4 G 89% 23) Chapter 91 If they actually locked her in, Lilian's gotta be losing her mind by now.

Honestly, what the hell does she even see in Tyler? Ella said. "Girl used to be out shopping 24/7. Now? Rasilence." In short, Ella Turner disliked Lilian Hodge a hundred times more than Stephanie Giovanni disliked the Hart family.

Stephanie shook her head. "Honestly, that's probably for the best. If not, the Hodge family's gonna need serious damage control." Ella blinked. "Why?" Disgraced?' Stephanie leaned back. "Let's just say Tyler's not exactly the wholestype." That triggered something in Ella's memory. She glanced around, then leaned in.

"Speaking of Tyler, I think he's got a side piece." Stephanie's fork paused mid-air.

"I was at the hospital yesterday, my niece had a fever, and guess who I saw?" "What?" "Tyler. With srandom woman. And a kid.” Stephanie froze for a second.

A kid around two or three-wasn't Tyler's kid right around that age? "And the kid? Looked just like him." "You seriously got close enough to check?" "No need to get close," Ella said, her face full of disbelief. "That kid's literally a mini Tyler. One look and you just know." Stephanie raised a brow. Now that was wild.

For all the fuss the Harts and Hodges made about this engagement, Tyler really had the balls to parade his side piece and love child out in public? "You knew, didn't you?" Ella squinted.

"Yes, I do." Stephanie didn't even blink. "Yeah." Ella gasped. "Holy shit-it's really his kid? Then what's he doing stringing Lilian along?" The Hodges weren't exactly known for their open-mindedness.

A secret baby? With srandom woman? That was the kind of thing that could nuke an entire engagement.

Stephanie leaned back in her chair. "Long story. The kid's mom used to work VIP at Velvet." Ella nearly spat her drink all over the table.

9/4 Thu, 6 Mar Chapter 91 Velvet?! That crusty-ass club? 89% Stephanie slid her a napkin, all calm and collected, "Yup. And that's exactly why the Harts never acknowledged her, or the kid: "And Tyler? He just left them hanging?" Stephanie snorted, "Please, You think a guy like Tyler's capable of giving a damn?" He was just looking for a good tand ended up with a permanent souvenir.

"The woman didn't even show up until the kid turned one, cm knocking with a DNA test and everything. Too bad for her. the Harts slammed the door right in her face Ella shook her head, equal parts horrified and impressed. "And you've been sitting on all this?" Stephanie smirked, "Why waste premium tea on people who don't deserve it?" Yep, that was just how Stephanie rolled-not the type to gossip, and definitely not the type to flex.

If she was, Ella would've heard long ago that her stucleared over two million last year.

But with Stephanie, if no one ask, she wasn't about to volunteer.

Ella stabbed her salad. “You know Lilian's gonna blow a gasket if she finds out, right? And Jackson?" The second Ella thought about Jackson, she couldn't help but laugh. Tyler had to be out of his damn mind.

Of all the messy crap he could've gotten into, he really went and chose this? "That man's gonna straight-up bury Tyler alive." Stephanie's grin went full devil-mode. "That girl's no amateur

"No way she lets this slide, Ella agreed. "And if she finds out Tyler's about to to marry into the Hodges? she's gonna set off fireworks you can see from space. Stephanie didn't respond right away, but the spark in her eyes said everything "You think she's about to make a scene? "She sat quiet for a whole year before making her move. She knows exactly how to play this game." Ella narrowed her eyes. "Okay, hold up. What are you plotting?" Stephanie's smile was pure trouble. "They've been messing withnon-stop. It's about tI returned the favor." Ella paused for a beat. Olivia was such a queen. “She has three types of cancer and still has the energy to act up?" Oh, she got it alright.

The Harts had been wreaking havoc in Stephanie's life nonstop-like hell she was gonna play nice.

They wanna start a circus? Cool. Let's turn this whole thing into a full-blown shitshow. The more chaos, the better.

Stephanie pulled out her phone, already dialing Elliot. "Dig up everything you can on that woman. We're going big" Chapter 91 Sebastian was already making moves behind the scenes, she sure as hell wasn't gonna sit this round out.

Ella's mouth twitched, barely holding back a laugh.

Stephanie ended the call, shaking her head with a half-smile. "Can you believe almost forgot about her? Been so damn swamped lately." If Sebastian hadn't shown up, this whole mess probably would've kicked off already.

She should have thought about this earlier...
