Austin's eyes smoldered, looking dark and intense as he looked at Suzanne. He asked through gritted teeth, "Did you do that on purpose?" She knew he was holding back and restraining himself, yet she dared to tease him so blatantly.
His gaze was too intense for her to handle. She quickly looked out the window and cleared her throat before saying, "No, I believe you're an honorable man who wouldn't lose control." The amusement in her eyes lingered, and Austin was left speechless. She was using his own words against him. Austin released her hand and fixed his gaze on the road ahead. As he started driving again, he said, "One day, you'll find out for yourself whether I'm really an honorable man." She raised an eyebrow. Was that a threat? She pressed her tongue against the roof of her mouth, and a small smirk played on her lips. So, the famously cold and ruthless Austin Hall had this side to him? That part of him seemed rather adorable.
Seline stood frozen as she watched Suzanne and Austin's car disappear into the distance. Her eyes were filled with resentment as she dug her long nails into her palms, nearly breaking her skin. Where did that bitch even find a man this exceptional? One after another, they all revolved around Suzanne. What did she do to deserve this? Tanya finally snapped out of her shock. Suzanne actually had such an impressive boyfriend? Did that mean she had chosen the wrong side from the very beginning? Tanya frowned. It no longer mattered if she had made a mistake.
